Data deletion instructions
You can ask Get Signal Genie to delete your account and the personal information associated with it.
Request deletion
Send an email to generalambi@gmail.com with the subject “Get Signal Genie data deletion request”. Include the email address on your Get Signal Genie account and, if relevant, the Meta, LinkedIn, Threads or X account you want disconnected.
What we will do
- Verify that you control the account.
- Disconnect authorised social accounts and remove stored access tokens.
- Delete your account profile, workspace content, uploaded media, signals, watchlist records, publishing records and service notifications, subject to the exceptions below.
- Confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained.
Limited retention
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or maintain secure backup records for a reasonable recovery period. Information retained for these reasons will not be used for ordinary product activity.
Meta app requests
This page is the user-facing data deletion instructions URL for the Meta app. If Meta sends a platform-specific deletion request, we will use the associated account information to process the request and provide a status response where required.
